Bazaar at The Yurt offers unique, handcrafted, beautiful creations made by local artists who believe in repurposing preloved fabrics and materials. We aim to bring colour, curiosity and cheer with a wide selection of original textile art, clothing, hand stitched bags, books, pictures, wall hangings, cards and other artefacts such as ceramics - all made with love to brighten dark corners.
We open Friday to Sunday until the last day on December 10 (except 29 & 30/09 and 1/10), come and visit. All are welcome and bring your friends.

The Shop
Will offer a wide range of gifts for Christmas made with love and care which will be true one off pieces. Whether these are to decorate the house or solve your dilemma as to what present to buy, you can be sure that you will not see another one. Browsing will be the best way to find what you never thought you needed.
Many of the items on sale are upcycled from fabric, clothing or other materials. New creations are mostly sourced from local artists to decrease the environmental impact. Items will change as we progress but with several textile artists, this will be a major feature. We also have jewellery, cards, vintage clothing & accessories, books, ceramics, toys, knitwear, lavender bags, miniature woodwork, indoor and outdoor Christmas decorations, drums & rattles, paintings, silk scarves and and a whole lot more.
Parking
There is off street parking outside the Yurt so if the open sign is out, drive in keep following the drive to the end and marvel at the view before finding out what we have.
