The yurt is a fantastic space for workshops, meetings, training or any event where getting away from the normal environment matters. Being in the round makes it particularly suitable for group participation. We can supply the usual conference facilities on request, although projection is restricted by the height of the structure. Catering can be provided in the tent with the advantage of being able to relax outside on fine days. People just love to be here.

Spring Equinox Women’ s Circle at the yurt!
The Sacred Feminine Spirit of the Earth has been resting in Her cold winter cradle and with the coming of the Spring Equinox Her light begins to brighten and her days lengthen. In the awakening of the land we rise too and begin to feel a warmer, brighter song whispering in our hearts.
Let’s come together in Sacred Circle and vision into the story of the land, use Her magic to protect our journey forward and sprinkle light upon our footsteps as we travel towards our dreams.
On this magical evening we will be held preciously in the cosy Yurt of Haddon Acre, we will create some intentional magic, clear and cleanse away the dross of the Winter Dreaming and give thanks to the beauty of Earth.

Summer Solstice Day Yoga Retreat

Spend a relaxing and reviving day at the magical Haddon Acre. The day will include two yoga sessions (Hatha and Yin), meditation and a healing gong bath in the Yurt, as well as a walking meditation and a picnic at the beautiful Wittenham Clumps.

Inner potential day retreat at the yurt:
2024 sees us enter the Year of the Dragon. Specifically, we will be in a wood dragon year, so the yurt in June, with the flowers in bloom and trees with new leaves is the perfect location!
Dragons represent our potential and power. In Eastern practices they symbolise inner knowledge. So, join me for a day of yoga: our day retreat will focus on practices to realise our inner potential through yoga, pranayama, breath work, reiki and working with spirit guides in collaboration with Laura Routh-Parsons.

We will start the day with a gentle, grounding meditation within a stone circle resting on ancient lay lines. We will then enter the Mongolian yurt for your special day.The yurt is located not far from Didcot in a peaceful location with panoramic views of the Chiltern Hills.
